Reid
Chief Operations Officer/Partner
Since her employment with
ReidRejebian, Renee has been
involved in all aspects of the agency’s work, to include:
- General operations of
the business on a day-to-day basis and continued
development of client relations and advancements.
- Coordination of client
media schedules to include budget preparation, all media
purchases, ad development, ad placement and media
administration.
- Coordination of annual
grants preparation to include proofing narrative,
coordination of project bids, development of design
comps and the development of supportive documents such
as media schedules, ad layouts, and project
descriptions.
- Coordination of Grant
Fulfillment/Administration including obtaining all
proper documentation of the grant fulfillment (invoices,
tearsheets, final products, payments, etc.) and
assisting clients in grant closure.
- Responsible for Accounts
Payable/Receivable and responsible for monthly client
invoicing and payment records.
- Special projects
management including media and print price negotiations,
supervision of production (inserts, guide books,
cooperative advertising sections, etc).
- Involvement in the
planning and production of print projects including
brochures, print advertising and promotional items.
Renee’s previous experience
includes serving as the Membership & Marketing Director for
the Family YMCA in Jackson, TN and serving as a freelance
graphic artist.
Renee has served as Marketing Chairman for the YMCA,
Publicity Chairman for Habitat for Humanity, PRAM President
and Publicity Chair and Board Member of the Tallahatchie
River Players.

Vivian Rejebian
Creative Director/Partner
Vivian Rejebian
has been with the firm since 1987 and has served in all
capacties of art direction and print production.
Her duties with the agency include:
- overseeing all creative
aspects of the agency from copywriting and design
through printing and delivery
- budgeting and
coordination of all creative jobs produced
- Overseeing creative
staff
Vivian's previous experience
includes serving as print production manager, staff artist,
art director and creative director for agencies in Lubbock
and Dallas, Texas.
She has won numerous awards for her work in both Texas and
Mississippi including a Judges' Best Award for Design and
several Best of Show from the North Mississippi Ad
Federation Awards.
Vivian's community involvement includes Habitat for
Humanity, volunteer coordinator for Christ United Methodist
Church for Stewpot Community Kitchen for the past 15 years
and board member of Stewpot Community Services for the past
three.

Stephanie Moody-Coomer
Director of Account Services
Since her employment with ReidRejebian,
Stephanie has been involved in all aspects of the agency’s
work. Her experience with the agency includes:
- Coordination of grants
through the Mississippi Division of Tourism involving
narrative, bid coordination, comp material development
and media schedule preparation
- Involvement in
development and production of print projects such as
brochures, print advertising and promotional items
- Coordination of special
projects such as the Elvis Presley Festival involving
theme development, event coordination, advertising,
public relations and promotional material production
- Management of the
Mississippi Delta Tourism Association, a regional
cooperative marketing association
- Daily contact with
clients dealing with their day-to-day needs.
Prior to her employment with
ReidRejebian, Stephanie was
involved with the tourism industry through her job with the
Oxford Tourism Council. During her time with the council,
Stephanie’s duties ranged from daily inquiry fulfillment and
coordination of a community calendar of events to
development of a local grant program and group tour guide.

Bill
Reid
Special Projects Manager
Bill has served as a creative and technical consultant to
ReidRejebian for a number of
years for graphic design, computer and IT related projects,
accounting and project management. In January 2007 he joined
the company as a full time employee. Since his
involvement with ReidRejebian,
Bill has been involved with all aspects of the agency's
work, to include:
- Production workflow
analysis and management
- Media negotiation and
scheduling
- Special projects
management
- Graphic design
- Client data management
services
- Mass mailing services
- IT Management
- Website design and
development
- Presentation development
- Grant research and
fulfillment coordination
- Accounting and financial
planning services
Prior to his employment with
ReidRejebian, Bill has served as a freelance
technical consultant, corporate IT Director, software
programmer, web designer and telecomm manager.

Daphene Hendricks
Client Representative
Daphene has 10 years of experience in Public Relations,
Marketing, and Advertising.
Her past experience includes
serving as Marketing Director for the Bologna Performing
Arts Center at Delta State University, working as a
freelance graphic designer, and corporate sales with
broadcast television and wireless telecommunications.
Daphene has also worked in
project development and implementation with numerous
non-profit organizations as a volunteer.

Michelle LaFleur
Public
Relations Coordinator
Michelle’s experience in public relations and marketing runs
the gamut from non-profit organizations to corporate
entities.
She served as co-chair of the publicity committee for the
first Mississippi Children’s Educational Fair in 2008, as
well as chair of the publicity committee for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation’s 2006 Wishmaker’s Ball.
Most recently, she worked for JBHM Architects in the role of
communication coordinator to provide a written image of the
firm to its internal and external audiences. She has
experience in all aspects of public relations including
writing, media coordination and event planning.
